Job Description

Our Regional municipality client is looking for call center customer service representative to join their team. This opportunity is starting off as a 1-month contract with the possibility to be extended. The office is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm with reduced hours on the weekend. The selected candidate must be available for flexible shifts (evenings and weekends) and full time work hours. The pay rate for this opportunity is $18.00/hr.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to non emergency related concerns.
  • Answer questions regarding vaccination clinics.
  • Assist callers with scheduling vaccination appointments.
  • Provide resources to callers.
  • Help direct callers to the appropriate community support.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable handling multiple systems (phone and computer)
  • Previous experience in a call center or any customer service related position (restaurant, retail, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
