Job Description

Our successful client in the Transportation industry is looking for a Client Relations Coordinator to join their pre-call team.

This role will be 100% working on site in Mississauga.
Monday - Friday: 8-4:30pm OR 830-5pm
Contract to start with potential to go permanent

Pay Rate: $18.92 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and confirm services to achieve Customer commitments & project deliverables
  • Work with external & internal teams to coordinate transportation of products from central warehouse to local service warehouses, vendors or customer sites
  • Monitor supply usage for pre-configuration, installation and ensure products are on hand to complete deliveries
  • Ability to work seated for a prolonged period of time.
  • Ability to ensure customers is receiving call backs and follows up as communicated by the customer service representative.
  • Process orders, advise clients and customers of rates
  • Arrange for pick ups and deliveries and coordinating with Tech staff
  • Tracking and tracing shipments
  • Order Entry


Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Transportation Industry experience is an asset
  • SAP experience is considered an asset
  • Must be comfortable in fast paced environments and able to multi task well
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive Attitude and ability to work in a high volume and fast paced role
