Job Description

Are you a seasoned Bilingual Level 1 Helpdesk representative looking to break into the Insurance industry? We have the job for you! One of our prominent insurance clients is looking to hire a bilingual IT Support Representative to support both staff and insurance advisors daily by phone, email, remote connection, and in-person needs.
This position is a hybrid model and would require 2-3 days on-site weekly

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and handle helpdesk tickets for Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic regions
  • Troubleshoot and document IT issues using various internal and external software
  • Setup and support personal computer and shared equipment as well as tracking equipment inventory and coordinating setup and IT orientation for new employees

Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years in IT/Helpdesk support
  • Degree/Diploma in an IT area
Must have:

  • A+ and Microsoft Certification
  • Technical proficiency with personal computer equipment and software, Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in FRENCH and English

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
