I'm currently staffing a Help Desk position with our private sector clients in the healthcare field. Starting ASAP (ideally this week, or early next week) until the end of November. Must be available Monday to Friday with the occasional 1 shift on a weekend. Working hours are between 6am and 8pm. Must have an open availability between 6am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities
- logging and processing support calls coming in
- talking to clients and users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter with equipment
- responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- attend daily team huddles and provide input to process engineer or Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Able to work onsite
- 1-2 years of relevant and recent Help Desk experience
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
