Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer and supplier of food products, is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join their team on a 4 month contract to assist during the busy holiday season. This role is hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days from home and is paying $25/hour.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating the Return Authorization in SAP
  • Support the Claims Analyst when necessary to issue Credit Notes in SAP
  • Trace orders shipped with carriers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Updating status of the orders daily in customer portals
  • Executing the order processing cycle including: receipt of the purchase order, creation of the sales order and delivery document in SAP, confirmation of inventory, and delivery date
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and provide timely feedback to the Management regarding service failures and/or customer concerns

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

  • Experienced in Customer Service in corporate environment, food, FMCG industry
  • Experience working with SAP, BI reporting tool
  • Experience in working with carriers and pre-booking appointments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work with all MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical capabilities
Nice to have:

  • Bilingual in French is considered an asset
