Job Description

Our Interior Design client is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This position will be onsite in the heart of Downtown Toronto, with working hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. If you are interested in working with a fun and dynamic team, apply now!!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
  • Keep reception area neat and tidy at all times
  • Maintain main boardroom cleanliness and restock supplies as needed
  • Maintain and manage kitchen equipment
  • Greet and host guests in a professional manner,serving refreshments
  • Receive, sort, distribute and send mail,packages and publications
  • Ordering lunch, providing catering options for events and meetings
  • Provide support as needed to the Office Operations Administrator and CFO
  • Maintain the public contact database - Add, delete, and modify contacts
  • Service and maintenance coordination of office equipment
  • Scheduling meetings and booking board rooms

Qualifications and Experience
  • 3 years of experience working in Reception/Administration
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience handling a multi-line phone system
