Job Description

Our client within the e-commerce industry is seeking an HRBP to join their team to focus on employee relations & employee experience. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will be responsible for executing the HR plan to drive organizational performance both regionally and nationally. You will support your designated client group with Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organizational Development, HR programs and other HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with employee engagement surveys, employee initiative programs, performance management, employee relations and other HR projects focused on employee experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coach managers regarding HR matters
  • Partner with recruiters and management for talent planning
  • Develop tools to support employees and managers through the full onboarding life-cycle
  • Design and lead programs to promote a high performing culture and healthy workplace aligned with core values
  • Provide presentation to senior executives on strategic people & organizational development programs
  • Advise management on workforce planning and succession planning to enhance culture and increase employee engagement
  • First point of contact for employees to manage day-today HR operations, primarily employee relations and advising management on various HR functions
  • Communicate ongoing HR & company initiatives
  • Performance and continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HRBP
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Nice to have:

  • CHRP/CHRL designation
