We are working with one of our most reputable clients in the healthcare industry, looking to bring on a Bilingual Helpdesk specialist for a full time position in Montreal. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond directly to store communications in order to resolve internal issues including dispatching calls, communicating next steps, and setting resolution and deadline expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our clients systems in order to provide accurate answers to concerns or problems.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-3 years of customer support experience in a network technician role
Must have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or in a client advocacy role
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or in a client advocacy role

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
