Job Description

We are working with a reputable client in the healthcare space, looking to onboard a Bilingual Helpdesk specialist for a full time position in North York. This position is paying up to 51K and is ideal for recent graduates and those interested in furthering their IT development. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to store communications (through multiple channels) and resolve issues, providing first-level resolutions or dispatching calls to the appropriate teams when needed
  • Quickly and efficiently obtain information from users and communicate appropriate next steps
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our clients systems in order to provide accurate answers to concerns or problems

Qualifications and Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in operational support, or client advocacy role
  • Proficiency in the PC Internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must have:

  • Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
