Job Description

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Specialist to assist in the Operational Support of virtual and interactive voice response systems by managing patches and performing upgrades to resolve operational issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide system administration and operation support such as setup of user access, profiles, backups, and recovery etc
  • Upgrade software and apply patches
  • Respond to clients with IT support over the phone, email, and in person
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions

Qualifications and Experience
  • A valid ENHANCED RELIABILITY Security Clearance
  • A completed post-secondary diploma in computer science, information technology, or information management
  • 5+ years as a Helpdesk Specialist
  • 5+ years of resolving technical incidents and responding to user requests over the phone, email, and in person
  • 5+ years providing effective technical solutions and recommendations
