Job Description

Our client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their team on a 1-month contract to start. Full-time hours from Monday to Friday and 100% Remote!

In this role you will keep track of assets, reduce the backlog, handle transactions, respond to emails and invoices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Keep track of assets ideally through Maximo Application Suite
  • Minimizing and eliminating backlog
  • Handle transactions such as Account Payables
  • Respond to emails
  • Use software's such as Microsoft Excel

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Typically, 1+ years of experience in an accounting department.
Nice to have:

  • Excellent organizing abilities and administrative skills;
  • Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite is an asset.
