Job Description

Our large Financial Services client is seeking several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work REMOTELY from anywhere in Canada for a 2 Month Contract (with possibility to extend, depending on performance).

This opportunity features regular business hours, and an ability to work with to update client files and complete clerical and data entry tasks. This role is offering $22/hr. Apply today!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Resolve any related client concerns and any customer inquiries/complaints appropriately.
  • Handle all inbound correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to multi task as well as handle multiple customer's issues at a time.
  • Ability to work seated for a prolonged period of time.
  • Ability to ensure customers is receiving call backs and follows up as communicated by the customer service representative.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Customer Service or Call Center experience is an asset - retail and restaurant backgrounds also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in clerical, data entry or administrative roles is considered an asset
Must have:
