Job Description

Our client is looking for an Onsite Helpdesk Technician to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support incoming first-level tickets and escalate as needed
  • Assist with Printer Drivers, WebEx / MS Teams Issues, Application Crashing
  • User onboarding/ offboarding, Troubleshoot backups, low disk space, file sharing permissions
  • Some client visits may be required (depending on COVID restrictions) - Monthly walk around to check in with clients, emergency on-sites to swap server or network equipment that might fail/need upgrading

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma program in an IT-related program (preferred)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in tech support or customer service role
  • Mac experience is a plus but not required
  • Windows experience
  • Help Desk, or Customer Service Role
  • Ticketing Systems

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: High School Diploma
