Job Description

Seeking a Bilingual Office Coordinator for our private sector client located across the bridge in Hull. Paid street parking available. This role is a mix of working on site and from home. Full time hours Monday through Friday either 8am to 4pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm. This is a long term opportunity permanent role with benefits starting from day 1.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • HR tasks including onboarding and benefits administration
  • General administrative support; ordering office supplies, bank deposits
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
  • Managing office expenditure and budgets
  • Facility Management including parking passes
  • Mail review and distribution
  • Arrange employee activities
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
  • Maintain employee files
  • Work on HR projects as assigned


Qualifications and Experience
  • 2 + of office administration experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • Ideally some HR administration experience
