Job Description

Our client in the Non-Profit industry is looking for experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor's to support their growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience and must be fluently bilingual in both English and French.

This is a full time, permanent position that does require you to work onsite 3-4 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Connect with Hiring Managers to gather information about the role and provide recruitment advice
  • Post detailed job descriptions on their internal website
  • Create search strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen and assess candidates for vacancies in various areas of the business
  • Build and source a candidate pool/ pipeline candidates within the company's niches to support with short term and long term hiring needs
  • Schedule and conduct interviews virtually, making recommendations to Hiring Managers with respect to recruitment techniques, selection criteria and the placement process
  • Adhering to tight deadlines, handling high-volume requisitions while maintaining recruitment metrics and recording/updating recruitment activities in the system
  • Organize and track onboarding and next step processes


Qualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Ability to manage a high-volume of requisitions independently
  • Experience working on various requisitions across various functions of the business
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must have great organization skills
  • The successful candidate will be vaccinated as a condition of employment as part of the organization’s legal obligation under Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and that the vaccination requirement is subject to the employer’s duty to accommodate under applicable human rights legislation
Must have:

  • Fluently Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
Nice to have:

  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite
  • Educational background in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with external Recruitment platforms (ADP Workforce Now a strong asset)
  • Experience in a unionized work environment considered an asset
