Job Description

Altis Recruitment is seeking a strong Performance Excellence Coordinator for our client in the Sports industry. This position is starting on a 3-month contract with a high potential of permanent placement based on performance. The ideal candidate will hold 2+ years of experience in an administrative role working in a medium-fast paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data entry into CRM, ORS and other programs as needed.
  • Organize, prepare and communicate information to coaches, officials regarding policies and procedures within the High Performance and Next Gen context.
  • Assist with all communication postings for the Performance Excellence Department.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of activities (seminars, camps, meetings, training) within the Performance Excellence Department.
  • Support officials’ activities as needed.
  • Act as a resource for all individuals attending international events overseeing team logistics for all national team assignments and seminars
  • Lead the process for ensuring completion of event entry forms for all international events by the relevant individuals, including monitoring of the portal.
  • Preparing and disseminating various documents related to delegates attending international events, including invitations, alternate notifications, prize money forms, processing of travel visas.
  • Preparing and processing finance related activities for department initiatives, including coding invoices, expense claim forms, submission and distribution of payments for entry fees and hotel fees, per diems.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Performance Excellence Department as needed.
  • Other duties as required by the Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Sport Administration or similar educational background, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and work as part of a team.
Must have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in French, written and oral.
Nice to have:

  • Experience and knowledge of sport delivery an asset.

Offering $26.50/hour!

Working from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
