Job Description

Our well-known client in the Electronic manufacturing industry is seeking an Order Fulfillment Assistant to join their team. This is a full time contract position with a strong potential for extension. The hours are 8am to 5pm. This is a hybrid position working in the office and from home.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or order entry and will thrive in a fast paced environment. They will have strong communication skills and the ability to management their time well.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Processing a high volume of orders
  • Responding to internal/external questions about order status, pricing, credits, proof of delivery, and product returns.
  • Responding to internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and other inquiries
  • Attending weekly conference calls and meetings with customers (Major Retailers)
  • 1st point of contact for any discrepancies
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of a Post Secondary education
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service or order entry experience
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skill both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
