Job Description

Seeking experienced customer service representatives with strong communication skills and a passion for people to fill current opportunities in the Ottawa area. You will have an excellent ability to build client relationships and have experience using Microsoft Office. This is a 3 month contract role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and by email
  • Handle any incoming customer requests and manage daily office operations
  • Register incoming calls and emails
  • Follow up on any outstanding reports and confirm status of pending customer requests


Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and providing excellent service over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
  • Ability to fill customer requests under tight deadlines
  • Strong organization skills
Must have:

  • Have experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Have experience working with PDFs and formatting documents
Nice to have:

  • Experience in a Customer Service role

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
