Job Description

Altis Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding up to 75 calls a day, responding to customer emails, providing troubleshooting assistance, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service in a outbound customer contact environment
  • Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
  • Handling outbound and inbound calls
  • Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
  • Reception duties

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum Education Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of less experience in customer services
  • Customer service experience and has dealt with difficult customers (able to control the call)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Internet access

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: College Diploma
