Job Description

Reporting to the VP, the HR Manager will spearhead the organization's recruitment strategy, drive culture and employee engagement initiatives and be responsible for onboarding and employee development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement employee engagement strategies/ initiatives that support organizational goals
  • Partner with functional leaders to implement policies/programs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, lead company annual performance review process, talent development and retention
  • Partner with Executive team to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business strategies
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities


Qualifications and Experience
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years’ of HR Management experience involving leadership coaching, onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement and development
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry
  • Analytical skills balanced with the ability to execute sound decisions
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a standalone HR role

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
