Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Executive, the Official Languages Program Coordinator develops initiatives and activities in support of the organization's corporate mandate and commitment as per Government of Canada's standards.
  • In this active role, there will be a number of moving parts to manage and coordinate, such as:
  • Support meetings, conferences and workshops for the organization's needs
  • Prepare and submit OL reports, presentations and briefings
  • Organize, collect and analyze information, and develop reports, briefing materials, presentations and correspondence


Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3yrs' experience in a similar business/program role supporting an Executive;
  • Proven experience where strong analytical skills, working in a high-paced role achieve quality results;
  • Fluency in English/French (CBCC)
  • Secret clearance (10yrs in Canada) eligibility
Nice to have:

  • Familiar with GoC/Public policy in legislative obligations
  • Prior experience working in support of Official Languages (OCOL)

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
