Bilingual Human Resources Manager - Hybrid

Job Description

Our reputable client is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their human resources department. This is a permanent position with hybrid work model (only 1 day in the office!). The position is open for their office in Mississauga, ON or in Boucherville, QC.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop employee retention strategies and reduce attrition of the company
• Manage corporate recruitment strategies
• Prepare HR analytics and statistical reports
• Create recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative data analysis and customer service to various departmental stakeholders
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition and Retention team

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years' relevant experience in a similar position
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Nice to have:

• Post-secondary education with concentration in human resources management or related discipline
• CHRP designation
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
• Previous experience managing direct reports is an asset

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: College Diploma
