Job Description

Our client in the Pharmacy industry is seeking a Bilingual Call Centre Representative to join them for a 11 week contract with potential to extend. The ideal candidate will have inbound call centre experience and have used a software like Genesis or Salesforce in previous roles.

If located in the GTA, the selected candidate can work a hybrid workweek. This role can also be performed fully remote for anyone within Ontario or Quebec.

The shifts for this role fluctuate and the selected candidate must be flexible and available for shifts Monday to Friday starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 8pm.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls within 20 seconds
  • Triage all incoming calls
  • Transfer calls that needed to be escalated
  • Maintain within compliance
  • Respond to first level calls

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

  • Fully bilingual (French and English)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Nice to have:

  • Genesis or Salesforce experience
  • Experience within the Health Care industry
