Project Lead, Application Infrastructure & Integration

The project is looking for a candidate who has solid solution architecture and integration experience in
implementing Oracle CC&B and its related technology stack.

The project is looking for a candidate who has solid solution architecture and integration experience in implementing Oracle CC&B and its related technology stack. These applications include CC&B and all associated interfaces (IBM WAS, IIB, MQ, JBOSS ESB).

Duration – 12 months Contract- 7.5 hours per diem
Pay Rate – $80 - 95/ HR
Location: Toronto Downtown (both on-site and remote, hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, coordination, planning, implementation and troubleshooting of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) architecture and all associated interfaces
• Responsible for ensuring all project environment landscapes are designed, implemented and ready for project use (ie. DEV, TEST, PRE-PROD, etc).
• Responsible for ensuring the non-functional requirements of the project are met with respect to the IT infrastructure and project environments.
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities for improvement of IT service and infrastructure systems or processes, including architecture advancement, service level improvement, cost efficiency and customer demand management.
• Provide Application Services and solutions to support IT&S project delivery and life cycle management/refresh and service management
• Asset Management & Troubleshoot and maintain IT assets to improve reliability, including capacity

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with minimum 4 years of experience in architecture set up of CC&B and all associated interfaces, system configuration, system tuning and bug fix, application development, and documentation
• Previous CC&B project experience
• Demonstrated experience in best practice design CC&B integration architecture and integration processes; Middleware and Database; Business Applications; Application Development
• Bachelor degree in any one of the following areas: Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT

• Experience and proficiency with IBM P-Series hardware and supporting management tools (ie. LPM)
• Experience and proficiency with Oracle WebLogic
• Experience and proficiency with Oracle CC&B version 2.8
