We are actively hiring a Bilingual Administrator to support our Real Estate client in Montreal.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for a general administrative support, coordination of internal and external calls, actively participate in several special projects and the organization of corporate events.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate parties, taking messages where needed
- Ensure that all conference rooms are in working order
- Provide administrative and office support to executives and team members
- Manage purchasing and maintenance of office supplies and office equipment
- Plan meetings and organize business trips for the trip
- Translate internal documents (French & English)
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have excellent bilingual (English & French) communication skills - verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years of relevant office experience in a professional services setting
- The ability to work independently and be resourceful will be required for this role
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience working at the front desk will be considered as a benefit
