Job Description

Our reputable client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and EVP of Corporate Affairs. This individual will be required to work with other senior members of management and the board of directors, as well as handle highly sensitive information, the ability to manage situations with tact, confidentiality and diplomacy.

This is a full-time permeant role that is in office, offering a competitive salary, 10% yearly bonus, 3 weeks vacation and a full benefits package from day one!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Directly support the CEO and EVP of Corporate Affairs and provide administrative support to their team
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s and EVP Corporate Affairs schedule/calendar
  • Arrange travel arrangements and events for CEO, EVP Corporate Affairs and Board of Directors
  • Process expense reports and invoicing
  • Shared admin support to provide full 5-day reception coverage, welcome visitors, accept couriers, keep front reception organized
  • Manage board and committee meetings, scheduling and support – ensure room is setup and prepared for meeting, greet guest, arrange catering
  • Receive in coming phone calls and relay messages to CEO and EVP
  • Perform additional functions as directed by the CEO & EVP Corporate Affairs or considered appropriate to support the overall effectiveness of the Office


Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C suite and board support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
