Job Description

Our Gaming retail client is currently seeking candidates for a permanent Loyalty Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates to gain experience within a large retail organization. This position offers a competitive salary. Benefits include 3 weeks of vacation, a bonus of 1-week pay, RSP matching, extended health, dental, and an associate discount. This position is working from home for now - a potential hybrid in the future. Located near Airport Rd & Queen St E in Brampton. Equipment is provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Utilize demographic, psychographic and transactional data to generate ad hoc reports in Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint. Forecast loyalty card sales, and report weekly on these forecasts.
  • Run investigative SQL and Email Service Provider (ESP) reports as directed. Share loyalty sales feedback with field leaders on conference calls.
  • Build queries to assign bonus loyalty points for promotions.
  • Assist with customer issues pertaining to loyalty point allocations and account changes. Maintain and update loyalty related documents.
  • Assist with generation of loyalty marketing copy and creative approvals. Place purchase orders for new loyalty cards.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to create MS SQL Server based reports using SQL Server Management Console.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to generate reports using Tableau or other Data Visualization Tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Interest in learning new technologies.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Email Service Provider (ESP) technology.

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
