Data Entry Clerk - Bilingual

Job Description

Our client located in the heart of Downtown Ottawa is seeking a Bilingual Data Entry clerk to assist their team with a database transition. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in database entry with a strong attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities

• Updating the new database program and deleting outdated files.
• Assisting in the transfer of all hard copies of data into electronic forms.
• Sorting and organizing database materials into the appropriate locations.
• Assisting with all data entry and administrative duties as required for the transition into the new database.
• Must be comfortable contacting clients for missing file information while maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong data entry skills, and alpha-numeric typing speeds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CRM database experience considered an asset.
• Completion of a post-secondary education is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Entry role
