Job Description

Our well-known, established Entertainment client in Downtown Toronto is currently seeking a Manager, Partner Marketing to manage the execution of several strategic marketing/campaign initiatives. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers the flexibility of a hybrid work structure, a dynamic team environment, exciting benefits plan, an annual performance bonus, and much more.

The successful candidate will be developing strategies and tactical plans for full-funnel marketing campaigns that include brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. This role will focus heavily on campaign development and execution; working with agencies and cross-functional teams to support delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing plans including paid media campaigns, digital campaigns, etc. to drive organizational and partner success
  • Manage full-funnel marketing including 1:1 launches and communications
  • Govern strategy and the delivery of marketing campaigns through the introduction of new processes and internal/external relationship management
  • Write creative briefs to direct agencies and assist creative development with execution

Qualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a brand-related role developing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • 3+ years marketing execution/delivery experience, with an emphasis on leading full-funnel campaigns
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
