VP of Construction and Operations - High Rise Residential Construction

Altis Recruitment is seeking to hire on behalf of a client in the GTA a VP of Construction! This is a great role for someone who is looking to run a high rise project from start to finish, including assembling a team. This role is based out of the GTA, but the project is located in Ottawa - so some travel would be required. The client offers a very competitive compensation package, including company paid health benefits, additional wellness spending options, RRSP matching, upwards of 6 total weeks off a year and 35-40% bonus annually!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Grow a team of construction individuals for a 1900 unit residential project.
• Sit at the operations table and participate in high level discussions of company and project growth.
• Manage budgets and teams from various locations.
• Other tasks as needed.

• 10+years of construction experience
• Knowledge of high rise construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Passionate about being a part of a growing company!
