Our public health client is currently seeking an experienced Project Monitor to develop and support the implementation of the project initiatives for the upcoming AIDs conference 2022! If you are a team player with excellent leadership and organizational skills, this could be the job for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring, maintaining, updating project plans and supporting the tasking and timelines for SIMD.
- Responsible for managing documentation, such as meeting documents, project planning.
- Reporting on SIIMD progress and timelines on a weekly basis;
- The candidate must be able to track, coordinate and input on project process and lessons learned to inform a final report.
- Briefing binders (electronic and physical) for senior management and conference delegates.
- Translation of materials produced by SIIMD;
- Must be able to correspond to internal an external stakeholders to advance project activities.
- Able to meet with stakeholders and plan strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Must have:
- Experience in reviewing, interpreting and applying plans, policies, procedures.
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in project monitoring
- Experience planning and preparing meetings for external stakeholders
- Valid Reliability clearance.
- Experience with MS office.
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
