Seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join a busy private sector office in downtown Ottawa. This role involves maintaining the front desk and providing superior customer and internal support. The ideal candidate would be outgoing, energetic, professional, and able to work in a prestigious work environment. Looking for someone who loves to be busy, willing to learn, and has a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming clients to the office
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling meetings as needed
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent English communication skills and a bonus if you speak French
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: High School Diploma
