Our client located in Mississauga is currently hiring a Membership Coordinator for 3 weeks with the possibility of extension.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create an annual project plan to maximize membership renewals across all divisions and achieve budget
- Effectively implement all administrative tasks required to execute the approved renewal project plan
- Provide excellent customer service for all inquiries related to renewals
- Identify and implement activities designed to engage staff in the renewal process
- With support from the membership and marketing teams, develop and implement strategies to improve member communications and engagement
- Effectively manage all aspects of the due diligence process by creating and adhering to a time-sensitive plan
- Act as the key point of contact for all partners
- Support the promotion and support of all partners to our membership base
- Achieve revenue targets for the organization programs annually
- Handle member calls/emails
- Act as the key point of contact for all associate members (leads, sales, retention) and ensure they are engaged and retained
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product and service offerings
- Develop a deep understanding of the membership value proposition
- Participate in various tradeshow events to help promote products and their products and services
- Maintain reports and organize assets in order to support the analysis of overall membership activities, performance and learnings
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Act as a back-up for the Membership Coordinator, Acquisitions
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum three years of related work experience in a sales or marketing environment
- Previous experience using a database or CRM including updating, maintaining and reporting
- Solid understanding of inbound marketing activities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Accuracy, conciseness and clarity in written documentation
- Effective listening skills
- Strong analytic skills a must.
- Technical aptitude with average to advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Team oriented with a focus on collaboration across divisional lines
- Service oriented and focused on delivering high levels of satisfaction for our members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Works well under pressure and enjoys working towards ambitious targets and aggressive timelines
