Job Description

Our client, a well-established company located near St Laurent is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team!

The role of the CSR is to manage the day-to-day orders, provide administrative support, communicate with account representatives and manage the maintenance of accounts.

The CSR also possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal and thrives in a fast paced environment.

This position has a high potential to be extended into permanent based on performance

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle any incoming customer requests and manages daily office operations
  • Register incoming calls and emails and manage a busy Outlook inbox
  • Complete order entry and data entry responsibilities
  • Book webinars, manage online database
  • Follow up on any outstanding reports and confirm status of pending requests


Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in business email correspondence
  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset

This position is entry level, the client is looking for 6 months of office or call centre experience. #glassdoor
