Job Description

Customer Service Specialist- Financial Sector

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Informing customers with accurate information about the Bank’s products and services.
  • Assist customers with self-service banking and attending to customers in an orderly and positive manner.
  • Record keeping as per branch requirements and their policies and standards.
  • Ability to promote the Bank’s products and services; where appropriate, cross-sell and refer them to relevant branch or Bank staff.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Entry level position!
  • Strong data entry skills
Must have:

  • A positive attitude every day
Nice to have:

  • Excel skills

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: High School Diploma
