Job Description

We are working with a valued government client seeking a Phone Support Specialist to join their team on a 1 year contract, on site downtown Ottawa. The Help Desk Specialist responsibility is to ensure processes around Change Requests, Bugs, and Production Issue Investigation tickets are flowing as prescribed by their process flows and never go missing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing Ticket Management process flow documentation;
  • Respond to clients on behalf of TDSS’s centralized Business Architecture team;
  • Monitor Azure DevOps queues and various shared Outlook mailboxes and action tickets requests for internal and production clients;
  • Develop, implement, and/or participate in the preparation of procedure manuals and training materials for help desk use; make recommendations for improvements to processes;


Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience processing tickets and escalating technical issues
  • Diploma or Degree in IT
  • Bilingual
  • Valid Reliability Clearance
  • Willing to work on site
