Job Description

Our client in the Automotive industry is seeking a BILINGUAL CSR to join their team ASAP. The ideal candidate must be able to work from 9 am to 5 pm - Monday to Friday. This is a temporary to permanent role starting ASAP.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Apply daily liens on financed vehicles and request the radiation once paid
  • Daily follow up with our dealers who have ownerships out
  • Calls documented accompanied by precise notes entered into the system
  • For accounts concerned, perform daily data entry and complete the codification of loans
  • Conduct extensions and other account maintenance
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicles sold at auction and request payment of
  • outstanding loan
  • Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer questions, take the necessary actions required, and follow up with the customers
  • if necessary
  • Other related duties

Qualifications and Experience
  • Ability to become knowledgeable in all areas of the company
  • Must possess excellent customer service attitude/skills by being personable with ability
  • to regain control of conversation going in the wrong direction .Ability to communicate and listen to employees as well as supervisors.
  • Organization and timely follow up skills are essential
