Job Description

Our transit client is looking for an experienced HRMS Analyst to join their team for a 6 months contract. This will be a hybrid remote and onsite role. The successful candidate may work up to 1-2 days a week MAX on site at the Vancouver office.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Detailed business process workflows, including supporting documentation and change impacts
  • Configuration Detail Design documents for Ceridian Dayforce
  • Updated Recruitments Traceability Matrix
  • Data Flow Diagrams
  • Data Conversion Plan
  • Data Mapping
  • Function and Integration Test Cases and their execution
  • Security Matrix and Roles & Permissions Configuration
  • System design specifications including interfaces to related systems and input and output requirements
  • Report Definition Documents
  • Complex Reports & Dashboards

Qualifications and Experience
  • Advanced knowledge (5+ years) of Human Resource Management System Software as a Service implementation, including Payroll, Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling;
  • Advanced knowledge (5+ years) of solution and functional analysis and process improvement experience;
  • Advanced knowledge (5+ years) of experience working with employee data and FOIPPA requirements, and their implementation, to ensure the protection of data;
Must have:

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is highly desirable;
  • Experience working in a complex union environment is highly desirable;
  • PeopleSoft Human Capital Management is highly desirable;
  • Ability to work collaboratively, professionally and effectively with the project team, the business stakeholders, and the end users;
  • Knowledge and experience with the standard MS Office tools including Microsoft Visio (must be proficient);

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
