Job Description

Seeking 3 Government Call Centre agents for a 2.5 month period (possibility of extension). Must be comfortable working onsite, Riverside Drive. 8 hours shifts between 9am and 5pm. Monday to Friday. Must have a valid Secret security

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Apply policies to provide approval for Mental Health and/or Transportation Approval/Arrange Travel with Airlines, hotels etc.
  • Payment verification and processing invoices, proper documentation, organization and attention to detail are critical
  • Data entry into a transportation system and a mental health system
  • Answer calls from providers/clients and answer their questions
  • Call Travel vendors and schedule travel arrangements
  • Handle clients who are in crisis, trauma calls and complaints


Qualifications and Experience
  • must have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience within the last 3 years, working in a fast paced Call Centre environment, Multi-tasking with email software Outlook, in-coming & outgoing calls, and multiple systems ie: Medical transportation system, Mental health system, ICE Phone Line, Excel, Fax System.
  • Secret security clearance
  • Double vaccination
