Job Description

Our client in the Mississauga area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity with the ability to participate in a hybrid work from home and work from the office in February 2022!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to all incoming e-mail/chat/telephone inquiries for customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries with active listening and prompt follow up for solutions to problem solving.
  • Build relationships with clients and customers.
  • Process requests, and review information for accuracy.
  • Complete reports and data entry accurately into database.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Must be fluent in English and in ONE of the following languages: Mandarin OR Cantonese OR French (verbal & written skills)
  • Ideally 1-year customer service or sales experience (call-centre, retail, hospitality or other related industries).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience responding to e-mails and telephone inquiries.
  • Must be confident and have the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment.

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: High School Diploma
