Assistant Project Manager (Mixed-Use Project Experience)

Job Description

Our client, a real estate developer who specializes in mixed-use projects, is actively seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This position offers a hybrid work model, bonus, RRSP matching, 100% paid benefits, free parking, car allowance and more!

The successful candidate will have residential/mixed-use experience from a developer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Delivering mixed use residential projects.
• Reporting to a Senior Project Manager and overseeing the design and construction process for development, leasing and major projects.
• Prepare and maintain the budget and schedule of projects.
• Be involved in the full construction process from cradle to grave.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 years of experience within project management for a real estate developer.
• Experience overseeing an entire project from start to finish.

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: College Diploma
