Job Description

Our established client in the financial services industry is seeking an Office Manager to join their team at their downtown office. This position offers a competitive salary, and the chance to join a friendly and dynamic team! This is a full-time permanent position and will be primarily on-site.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner at the firm, including other senior executives
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Manage daily office operations including facilities/building maintenance issues, office supplies and equipment, service providers, etc.
  • Vendor and client relationship management
  • Assist with maintaining office health and safety guidelines
  • Filing
  • Handle and troubleshoot basic IT issues in the office
  • Act as a front point of contact in the office, greeting and directing visitors
  • Organize travel and reservations as needed
  • •Provide event coordination support

Qualifications and Experience
  • Must have a post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be tech savvy, and be familiar with both PC and Mac
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
