Job Description

Our client is a global market leader in providing hardware solution and innovation to the furniture, kitchen and cabinet, architectural millwork and hospitality industries. They are seeking a permanent full time FRENCH AND ENGLISH customer service representative to join their team and be the face and voice to customers. There is ample room for growth within this company and great benefits!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing customer needs via phone calls and emails
  • Working with customers to create and modify orders
  • Educating customers on what’s new and innovative in our industry is part of every day.
  • Account creation
  • Arranging pickups with customers
  • Entering complaints and returns into system
  • Being a part of a team philosophy of engagement by working with the team to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Ability to effectively work with colleagues from all departments, sales, marketing, purchasing, accounting


Qualifications and Experience
  • This is a Bilingual position, verbal and written fluency in English and French is required
  • Learning agility is an asset.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with furniture or architectural hardware is an asset
  • SAP experience is a strong asset
  • Soft skills in working with customers
  • Ability to take initiative, strong work ethic, and behave with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
