This position is home-based, however travel is required throughout the province of British Columbia (mileage paid), so a car and valid driver's license are required. The ideal candidate will be located in Victoria, Nanaimo, or the Metro Vancouver area.

Your role will provide support to the company's program to ensure the operational policies and practices established by the company are clearly communicated and understood in the field, resulting in greater efficiency and effectiveness leading to greater collection and diversion.

  • Work with other field services specialists, third party auditors, and other temporary field staff as needed for the oversight of collection and post-collection material flow in the field
  • Gather and analyze in-field best practices and make recommendations on how these best practices can be incorporated into the company program
  • Work closely with the department manager prior to initiating or executing changes that impact the collection and post-collection network and related commercial arrangements to ensure that the terms and conditions for change in the collector agreements are followed
  • Conduct public outreach on an occasional basis to ensure understanding of the company program

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, logistics, or related role
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
