Customer Service Representative - Financial Services

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in the North York Region area to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who can support customer's requests and work with team to process further requests.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls
• Preparing files and client meeting documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each client
• Build a positive rapport and maintain client relationships
• Assess customer needs using different cross-selling techniques to develop and expand client relationships
• Escalate client issues to appropriate department and manager when needed

• A minimum of 2+ years' Customer Service experience
• Experience working in any relevant financial services industry (investment, trade, wealth management, bank, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time
• Exceptional problem solving skill!
