Job Description

Our client in the Mississauga area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with the ability to participate in a hybrid work from home program after the probationary period.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders and extract relevant data for customers and management
  • Process and close tickets created by customers
  • Record customer suggestions and complaints and provide to management
  • Additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of a Post-Secondary Education
  • 2 years in a customer service role
  • SAP experience is an ABSOLUTE MUST!
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer resolution skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
