Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Update/enter bi-weekly Support Services payroll hours and attendance records.
  • Prepares and updates Support Services departmental staff schedules.
  • Coordinates meeting space booking, catering and room set-up requests.
  • Issues Baycrest ID badges and gym access cards.
  • Coordinates office moves.
  • Runs, distributes and coordinates work from Computerized Maintenance Management reports.
  • Maintains up-to-date departmental manuals and reference materials.
  • Provides recording and reporting for departmental quality control and assurance programs, including satisfaction surveys.
  • Provides administrative support to the Manager, Customer Support and Retail.
  • Assists in coordinating approved contractor/vendor scheduled work with Manager/Supervisor
  • Handles all Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Experience
  • 3 years experience in an administrative role preferably in a healthcare environment|
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of data entry accuracy
  • Strong analytical and intermediate level math skills
  • Positive work performance and attendance record essential
