Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives for our client in downtown Toronto area to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who can support customer's requests and work with team to process further requests. This is a hybrid role with more time remote than onsite. A vaccination policy is in implemented for this company. Please keep this in mind, as all candidates must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination to apply for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Preparing files and client meeting documentation.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each client
  • Build a positive rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Assess customer needs using different cross-selling techniques to develop and expand client relationships
  • Escalate client issues to appropriate department and manager when needed

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 1+ years' Customer Service experience
  • Experience working in any relevant financial services industry (investment, trade, wealth management, bank, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time
  • Exceptional problem solving skill!
