Job Description

Our prestigious public sector is looking for an experienced and bilingual Computer Application Support candidate. Located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, this opportunity is set for a 1 year contract.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Network Monitoring at a national level. Review alerts from monitoring tools and respond accordingly.
  • Consolidate actions associated with events and publish reports.
  • Respond to incidents and coordinate responses from service providers.
  • Respond directly to calls from users or service desks in deployed operations.
  • Route incidents to internal providers for national telecommunications systems.
  • Respond to calls from end clients in the NCR for assistance with their classified terminals, accounts, or application.


Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

  • Graduated from a recognized post secondary institution with a certificate, degree or diploma in computer science or other relevant fields
  • 1+ years experience providing desktop support services in a Windows environment
  • Fluent in both French & English
  • Valid Secret security clearance

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
