Job Description

Our prestigious Not-for-Profit client is seeking an LMS Administrator to join their team and support the development, implementation, and revision of E-Learning courses.

Contributing to the organization's Health Equity program, the successful candidate will produce web-based learning material to build awareness of bias and barriers in health care services delivery.

This is an ongoing contract position. Currently, the organization is 100% remote, but will be transitioning to a Hybrid model with on-site work happening at College & Spadina in Toronto.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of LMS and web-based resources, including webinars, toolkits, and online practice.
  • Design and publication of web content, including videos and audio.
  • Learner support, including enrollment of course participants.
  • Generate course data and reports with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a healthy workplace culture and embrace diversity and teamwork.


Qualifications and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in E-Learning and Learning Management System Administration.
  • Proficiency with LMS, such as Moodle, Articulate, and D2L.
  • Strong skills in writing, designing, and posting web content.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software.
  • Record of executing projects and achieving key deliverables with minimal supervision.

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
